I am a dental surgeon with more than twenty eight years of clinical experience and a focus on endodontics and restorative dentistry. I completed a 2 year MSc course (1999-2001) in Clinical Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry at the Turner Dental School at the University of Manchester. Prior to this, I gained my dental degree from the Medical University of Sofia in the year 2008 and completed my statutory examinations at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

My career has included a wide range of roles in private general/ restorative dentistry and referral based endodontics. I also held a part time role in paediatric dental trauma clinic at Manchester Dental Hospital under Professor Ian Mackie between the year 2000 and 2003.

Earlier in my career I worked in respected practices across the North West including positions at Rodney Street Dental Practice the Old Coach House Dental Practice and several specialist endodontic clinics.

For more than 16 years I was the Principal Dentist and Director of Ringway Dental Care Ltd in Heald Green, where I led a general and cosmetic dental practice that also provided endodontic services by exclusively by myself.

Since 2021 after I sold my dental practice, I have worked at Smile Club as an associate providing general dentistry to my own patients that followed me over the years and endodontic treatment on an internal referral basis. I also accept endodontic and restorative referrals at Simply One dental. One more of the companies that I cooperate with is Bupa. I work in their Wilsden dental practice, treating patients on internal and external basis. Last but not least this year I treat patients in lovely Jersey.

I work in a lovely practice with great dental team “The dental studio” as an endodontist looking after internal and external root canal referral cases.

My aim is to work a lot more in this wonderful island and hopefully move over soon. I have contributed to postgraduate education and research through presentations at British Endodontic Society meetings and international conferences. My published work includes studies on endo-periodontal lesions and the microbial ecology of the root canal system. I remain committed to ongoing professional development and attend many courses and specialist meetings each year.

I speak Greek English Bulgarian German and Russian. Outside my professional life I enjoy swimming, yoga, Pilates, dancing to tango cooking reading and creative activities such as playing guitar and singing.
